  1. Nature of the Service
    Antiphishing.biz operates an advanced URL Sandbox and Security Gateway specialized in predictive threat intelligence. The foundational core of the Service relies on a dual-stage verification matrix: detecting and identifying malicious infrastructures both at the staging phase—when shortened links are initially generated by external systems—and at the transit phase—when human visitors attempt to access the destination. The Service performs real-time heuristic parsing, behavior analysis, and anti-bot verification (Captcha validation) to insulate users from phishing, financial scams, and malware distribution before they transit to third-party destinations.
  2. Access Restrictions and Enforcement Actions
  • Anti-Bot Verification: Access to destination URLs is granted exclusively to verified human operators who successfully pass our automated infrastructure compliance checks (Captcha).
  • Content Blocking: If our automated telemetry systems identify a destination URL as containing network deception, scam, or malicious payloads, the destination link is permanently restricted, and the user is presented with a “Spam or scam blocked” notice.
  • Prohibited Activities: You are strictly prohibited from utilizing automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to simulate human traffic through our security gateway or to stress-test our verification protocols.

    Our gateway processes external links routing to third-party web environments. Because we do not control third-party infrastructure, Antiphishing.biz does not assume any legal responsibility or liability for the content, compliance, or actions of destination websites, even after a successful safety verification. All educational rules and security recommendations displayed on our transit pages are provided for general awareness and infrastructure hardening purposes.
  2. Intellectual Property and Ad Placement
    All analytical structures, text layouts, security alerts, and system telemetry methods deployed on our gateway are the exclusive intellectual property of the Service. We reserve the absolute right to display compliant promotional blocks and advertising content (including Google AdSense) on our transit and verification interfaces.
